We are open Monday to Friday - 8am - 7pm
Saturday - 8.30am - 1pm
Consultation by appointment only. We do our best to run on time. However, occasionally there are emergencies so we can get behind. We apologise for any unexpected delay and thank you for your patience, hopefully an emergency will never happen to your pet.
Please let us know if you are running late for an appointment and we will do our best to re-schedule a time.
We ask that you are on time as much as possible to ensure that other clients are not kept waiting. Please phone to cancel any appointment you can't make and try to make appointments well ahead of time where possible, to ensure the most convenient time for you.

Your Pets in the Surgery
For safety reasons and to minimise stress to your pets, we ask that all cats are in a basket, cage or pillowcase, and that all dogs are on a lead, harness or halti.
Accounts
Please note that we require payment at the time of each consultation visit and before discharge from the hospital for surgery patients. We accept cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS. We do not offer an account facility.
Diagnostic procedures, pathology and medications are charged in addition to the consultation fee. An estimate can be provided for most surgical and diagnostic procedures.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please let us know before your visit.
We offer a 15% discount on veterinary services to pensioners on presentation of a full pension card.
